Apart from sushi, sashimi is probably one of the most famous Japanese types of food that you have probably tried or at least heard of once or twice until now. Sashimi is a lot more interesting than sushi thanks to its presentation. The thin slices of raw fish are not rolled in chunks, but rather arranged in ways that please the eye.
